We have demonstrated lift-off transfer of CIGS thin solar cell as one way to avoid high temperature of CIGS deposition in developing high transparent p-type electrodes of CIGS thin solar cell. This fancy method employs UV glue and PVC layer as protection layer which are assisted by oxygen plasma. The results showed uniform surface of CIGS layer shown from SEM-EDS image. This result can be applied with a high transparent and low sheet resistance DMD and nanowires as p-type electrodes. Performance with starting efficiency around 0.3 for small area and from backside measurement indicates future higher efficiency.
