Understanding the interactions between Higgs boson and other standard model particles is one of the most important goals for the Large Hadron Collider. In this analysis, we used Higgs decay to two w bosons with the data collected by the ATLAS detector during LHC run 2 to probe the interactions. With the second highest branching ratio, this channel provides high sensitivity in the Higgs coupling measurements. The latest results of the three leading Higgs production modes, gluon fusion, vector boson fusion and associated Higgs production with a vector boson will be presented. Both production cross section and simplified template cross section are measured in the analysis.
