The signal strength of WH and ZH associated production with Higgs to γγ is first measured by the CMS experiment in the LHC with proton-proton collisions at 13 TeV and the corresponding luminosity is up to 137 fb-1. According to the number of charged leptons in the final states, the measurement is divided to three categories with 0, 1, 2 charged lepton(s) from W/Z boson. An additional category with W/Z hadronic decay is also included. The WH and ZH productions provide a special event topology where produced Higgs and weak boson tend to back-to-back in the detector. With the special features, non-resonant backgrounds and other Higgs productions can be significantly reduced. To optimize the background subtraction and maximize the significance, a dedicated approach with machine learning technique is performed in the four categories. The final result of the signal strength measurement for total inclusive VH associated production gives 0.71 +0.31 -0.28 which satisfies the Standard Model prediction.
